Dialogues : Harriet Brickman & Jenny Dixon
About
Presented in partnership with the Henry L. Ferguson Museum, artist Harriet Brickman sits down with Jenny Dixon, former Director of the Noguchi Museum, to revisit Passages: Beach Forms, the site-specific public work Brickman created on South Beach, Fishers Island, in 1980. Their dialogue explores the legacy of place-based practice, memory, and artistic return.
DIALOGUES is a program that brings together artists and cultural leaders for conversations centered around a single work of art. These exchanges offer insight into the ideas, influences, and contexts that shape contemporary creative practice.
